🚨 CAC UPDATE FOR ALL LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANIES

From 1st August 2026, the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) will begin enforcing the provisions of the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) regarding Company Business Letters.

This means that every Limited Liability Company must ensure that its business letters, invoices, quotations, official correspondence, and other corporate documents clearly display:

✅ Company Name
✅ RC Number
✅ Registered Office Address
✅ Full names or initials and surnames of Directors
✅ Former names (where applicable)
✅ Nationality of non-Nigerian Directors

⚠️ Failure to comply may attract sanctions from the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
