Finally, our budget of change has been approved
by both the Senate and NASS!
Nigeria government has once again vindicated
some group of people in Nigeria! A government
that values the life of cow more than that of
human beings is definitely not a responsible one.
Importing grass to feed cow, but banning the
importation of rice to feed human beings.

are-importing-grass/
The Comptroller-General of Customs Hameed Ali
tried lifting the ban but he was summoned by the
Senate to explain why he ordered the immediate
removal of rice from the import restriction list.

If you still beleive in a positive change of this
scam administration, I leave you with your faith,
but before that, let have a brief look at the
approved budget.

_______
Differences between Proposed and Passed Budget
Allocations:
The parliament kept true to its word that it would
not increase the size of the budget. But it did not
only ensure that the total budget size was not
increased, it slashed it by N17 billion.
A cursory look at the capital budget showed that
most of the ministries, departments and agencies
(MDA) had their allocations reduced while few
witnessed an increase.
The Ministry of Works, Power and Housing, which
had the lion's share, had its capital budget
reduced from N433.4 billion in the budget
estimate to N422.9 billion appropriated, while the
second largest share for capital went to the
Ministry of Transportation with N188.6 billion
appropriated instead of N202 billion in the budget
estimate.
WHO ARE THE MINISTERS OF THESE TWO
MINISTRIES? Amaechi and Fashola; these two
individuals were the biggest contributors to
Buhari's campaign..open your eyes and think
deep..

________
The Ministry of Defence had N130.8billion
appropriated from the N134.5billion in its budget
estimate. Also, the Ministry of Agriculture finally
got N46.173 billion from the N47.001 billion it
early proposed.
Did you notice the budget for the Ministry of
Agriculture? They got 46billion Naira.. This is the
government that promise to diversify the economy
and Agriculture should be one of the biggest in
diversifying the economy, but look at the figure...

________
The Ministry of Education's budget was reduced
from N37 billion to N35.4 billion, while the Health
Ministry had N28.6 billion appropriated, a
reduction from the N35.6 billion it had estimated.
The scam administration want to finally kill
education in Nigeria, they want people to continue
to rea*on like cows, so that they easily
manipulate them. Instead of investing in
education which is the power to excel in this
global village. A mere look at the figures, you can
agree with me that Nigeria is fast becoming a
country designed by illiterates, govern by
illiterates, for the benefit of the illiterates. They
are not ready to change the health sector, they
want to continue to travel abroad for medical
checkups.

________
The FCTA budget was reduced to N29.2 billion
from N37.7 billion, while that of the Niger Delta
was reduced to N19.4 billion from N24.2 billion.
Capital vote for the National Security Adviser
(NSA) was slightly reduced from N32.620 billion
to N32.084 billion, which was proposed while
Petroleum Resources was slashed from N7.648
billion to N6.304 billion.
Did anyone notice the reduction in PR? Can we
multiply the NSA capital vote by 4years? Do the
calculation yourself...

________
Likewise, Ministry of Finance had the sum of
N0.667 billion passed for it as capital budget
against the N0.819 billion it proposed while
Budget and National Planning got N2.322 billion
out of the N3.199 billion it proposed.
Labour and Employment also had its allocation
slightly reduced from N5.580 billion to N5.542
billion, which was passed. The same applied to
Solid Minerals Development, which had its
allocation pruned to N7.332 billion from N9.102
billion.
Did anyone notice the ministry of labour? I leave
that to you..

________
The MDAs that had their capital allocations
reduced also include: Infrastructure Concession
and Regulatory Commission, from N39.700 billion
to N35.730 billion; Science and Technology, from
N27.890 billion to N27.006 billion;
Communications Technology, from N6.080 billion
to N5.992 billion; Environment, from N5 billion to
N4.957 billion; Youth and Sports Development,
from N4.660 billion to N3.497 billion; National
Population Commission, from N5.030 billion to
N4.411 billion; and Police Service Commission,
from N0.280 billion to N0.269 billion.
Did anyone notice infrastructure, Science and
Technology, Youth and Sport Development, and
the most shocking of all is the Police Service
Commission!!

________
Ministries that had their capital budget estimates
increased include Ministry of Interior with N61.7
billion appropriated, an increase from the N53
billion, and the Ministry of Water Resources with
N46 billion appropriated up from the N37 billion it
estimated.
Did you notice Ministry of Interior? Compare to
Ministry of Agriculture..lol
Similarly, Presidency's capital vote was increased
from N19.155 billion to N23.004 billion while that
of the Secretary to the Government of the
Federation was increased to N20.319 billion from
N16.979 billion.

________
If after reading through these figures, and you
still beleive that this APC led scam is actually a
positive change that Nigeria need at this critical
time, then I leave you with your faith till after
3year.
You cannot have a successful government
without a strong research team. The allocation as
can be seen here clearly shows that this
government has no research team, no focus and
no direction. They don't even know the problem
of Nigeria. Compensating those who sponsored
their campaign through allocation of the largest
sum to their different sectors.

Nigeria!
