Don’t use your feeding money to buy land.

Yes, I said what I said. šŸ˜‚

If the money you’re using to buy a property is the same money you need to feed yourself, pay your rent, handle emergencies, or survive for the next few months, please don’t rush into that investment.

Real estate needs patience.

When you invest money you desperately need, you may become impatient when the property doesn’t appreciate as quickly as you expected.

Then you start looking for someone to resell it to you—even when the best value may come from simply giving the property time.

Don’t invest money you cannot afford to leave alone.

If you’re ready to invest money you can comfortably commit to real estate, I currently have property options between ₦950K and ₦30M.

As Many business owners think AI One thing I’ve learned is that many businesses don’t struggle because they lack customers.

They struggle because they lack visibility.

If it takes hours to know your sales, expenses, or outstanding payments, your business is working harder than it needs to.

What would you stop tracking manually if you had the right system?

Speed shapes customer perception.

A delayed response doesn’t just slow down a sale—it can make customers question how reliable your business is.

Sometimes, the fastest response creates the strongest first impression.

How quickly does your business usually reply to new inquiries?

28/07/2026

One thing I’ve noticed is that businesses often focus so much on closing the sale that they forget about the relationship afterward.

A simple thank-you message or follow-up can make a lasting impression.

Have you ever stopped buying from a business because of the way they treated you?

Stocks? Too risky.

Fixed deposits? Not enough returns.

Affordable land? ā€œIt’s still bush.ā€

So… what investment are you actually waiting for?

The truth is, many people don’t miss opportunities because they don’t have money.

They miss them because they keep waiting until everyone else has already discovered them.

Every major city was once undeveloped.

If you want to know why many smart investors buy early instead of late, watch this video.

One of the questions I get asked most is:

ā€œShould I build a rental house first or buy land?ā€

There’s no one-size-fits-all answer.

Your current financial position, investment goals, and long-term plans all matter.

In this short video, I explain why many first-time investors may benefit from buying land before taking on the responsibilities that come with rental properties.

If you’re looking for verified and affordable land in Asaba or Anambra, send me a message. I’ll be happy to guide you.

🚨 Most people ask the wrong questions before buying land.

Everyone wants to know:

āœ”ļø Is the title genuine?
āœ”ļø Is the location good?

But very few ask:

ā€œDo you offer instant allocation?ā€

That single question can save you months—or even years—of frustration.

I’ve seen investors who paid for land years ago and still haven’t been physically shown their plots.

In this video, I explain why instant allocation should be part of your due diligence before investing in any real estate company.

Every week teaches something new.

These are three business lessons that kept showing up in my conversations this week.

Which one resonates with you the most?

One of the benefits of spending time with different businesses is that you start to notice patterns.

This week, three lessons stood out to me:

• More customers don’t fix broken systems.
• Consistent follow-up wins more business.
• Businesses grow faster when they rely on processes instead of memory.

What lesson has your business taught you recently?

23/07/2026

I’ve noticed that many real estate companies rely on spreadsheets to manage commissions.

That works for a while.

But as teams expand, manual processes become more difficult to maintain accurately.

Growing businesses need systems that grow with them.

What questions do you have about real estate operations?
