INTERNATIONAL YOUTH DAY 🌍 | A WORD TO THE YOUTH
Youth is not just an age; it is a season of energy, opportunity, courage and preparation.
But being young is not an excuse to live carelessly. The decisions you make today are quietly shaping the person you will become tomorrow.
Dear young person, don't waste your youth trying to impress people who won't be there when your future is at stake. Don't allow social media to make you feel behind. Don't compare your journey with someone else's highlight reel.
Learn a skill.
Build your character.
Respect honest work.
Save when you can.
Choose your friends wisely.
Seek knowledge.
Take responsibility.
And above all, keep God at the centre of your journey.
You may not have everything you need today, but don't underestimate what can happen when you remain consistent, disciplined and determined.
Our communities and our nation don't just need young people who complain about what is wrong. We need young people who are willing to become part of the solution.
Don't wait until you have money, influence or a title before you make a difference. Start with what is in your hands.
Your youth is temporary. Your choices can shape your entire life.
