One of the things I enjoy most about being a real estate consultant is that every day comes with a different experience.
One minute I'm walking around a construction site under the hot Abuja sun, and the next minute, I'm heading to one of the most beautiful hotels in the city to meet a client.
That was exactly what happened one Afternoon
A client called me and said,"Victory, let's have our meeting at Transcorp Hilton Abuja."
I won't lie... I got excited. 😂
I got dressed, and headed there.
The moment I walked in, I understood why people always talk about the place. Everything looked classy from the reception to the lobby. The environment was peaceful, clean, and beautifully maintained.
What really stood out to me wasn't even the luxury.
It was the service.
Every member of staff I came across greeted me with a smile. They were polite, respectful, and always ready to help. Nobody made me feel out of place.
It made me realize that great customer service is not about doing big things,it's about doing the little things consistently and making people feel valued.

This job has taken me to places I never imagined, introduced me to amazing people, and continues to remind me that every meeting could be the one that changes your life.
As I walked out of Transcorp Hilton, I wasn't just leaving with a successful meeting.
I was leaving with another reminder that hard work, consistency, and showing up every day can open doors to rooms you've only dreamed of.
And who knows...
Maybe next time, I won't just be meeting a client there.
Maybe I'll be checking in as a guest. 🌚
