Walt Disney said and I quote " Do what you do so well, that they want to see you again and bring their friends"
Some people definition about customers service is limited, some people think that customers service is the person that have things to do with your business at the point of paying.
Not knowing that you can have a loyal customer and that person may not be paying you money.
*Different types of customers*
1.๐ *External paying customers
This is traditional customers, that is the one who comes to you, they take your product and service and pay for it,
They excite outside, that means they are exposed to your competitors, you see the reason you have to pay more attention to external pay customers.
You also need to know that, they are not depending on your product and service, they can switch at any point in time, and for external customers to switch.
It's very easy except you work hard to turn first-time customers into loyal customers.
๐ *Internal paying customers
This happened within an organization or company where you have to pay your co-work for the exchange of goods or services
For example, in my place of work, whenever we need a chicken, we have to pay the person in charge which is our co-worker.

This is where you help your, co-worker, fix something without paying you...
Mind you, you have to treat them well as well because this can have a side effect on the company/organization.

๐Speedy Service: customers want you to deliver at the right time, as early as possible
๐Be understood: is to know your customers so well that you can anticipate their needs and exceed their expectations. To understand your customers well, you need need to be attentive to them when ever you're in contact with them.
๐Positive surprise: This is to go extra mile for your customer this means that we do more than the expectations of the customer and give them wow experience.
๐Satisfaction: The customer wants to have the feeling of being satisfied with your product or services and your interactions with them at the same time.
๐Value for money: customers want to get value for their money i.e. quality products at affordable prices.
๐Consistency: Customers want your product and you to be available all the time... Not that you will have good today and you won't have tomorrow...
๐ *Benefit of a good customer service*
A good customer service can turn first time customer to a loyal customer
and a loyal customer can brings thousands of customer because when they recommend you it gives trust to pro customers than you recommending your self...
