JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a creative and motivated Content/Marketing Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content across various platforms, supporting marketing campaigns, and helping to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. This role combines content creation, social media management, and marketing strategy ex*****on.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Develop and create engaging content for all our social media platforms
*Create visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, using tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite.
*Ensure content aligns with the company’s brand voice, values, and target audience.
*Manage and update company social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) regularly.
*Create and schedule posts, ensuring consistency and relevance across platforms.
*Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage social media community interactions.
*Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
*Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements based on metrics
*Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitors’ activities.
*Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and industry developments.
*Apply SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and performance across search engines.
*Optimize website and social media content for better search rankings and user engagement.
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications or related field (or equivalent experience).
Skills:
Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, WordPress).
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
Understanding of social media platforms and best practice
Must be ready to do the work
