A COACH….
Choosing a Coach should be taking as a serious work.
A top team must have a top coach.
Who is a top coach?
Someone who has won a valuable title that is valuable to the team that wants the coach.
Or someone who has learned from a person who has won a valuable title that is enviable to the team.
Forest will see a coach that make sure a team don’t go on relegation as a fit like Sam Alladice.
A team like Chelsea who has won Champions League before must have a Coach who has won Champions league Before or assisted a coach who has done so before.
A Nigeria National Team must have someone who has won minimum of an Africa Competition like Nations Cup, or Africa Club Competition.
Or we can dream higher of getting a former World Cup coach or someone who has made an impact or assisted someone with this achievement.
Ayo & Sons MD can’t be made MD of Guinness Nigeria.
MD of Guinness must have been a successful MD with NIgeria Breweries or a world class company.
Finidi can’t give what he does not have.
Playing South Africa is not the same as playing Akwa United.
Same problem with England Southgate.
