We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a major distributor of FMCG products in Nigeria, for an experienced and result-driven Operations Manager to lead and optimize business operations.
📍 Location: Uyo, Akwa Ibom State

🎓 Qualifications:
HND / B.Sc in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
💼 Experience:
Minimum of 3–5 years experience in operations, preferably within FMCG distribution
Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory, and distribution management

Leadership and team management
Strategic planning and ex*****on
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong analytical and organizational abilities
Good communication and stakeholder management
💼 Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations across distribution channels
Manage inventory, logistics, and supply chain efficiency
Coordinate sales and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery
Monitor operational performance and implement improvements
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
Drive productivity and cost optimization across operations
