What is 3rd party? An organisation outsourced to perform a task for another organisation. During the first few years of Niger Delta University: I don’t know about now, the institution’s degree certificates were printed not by NDU itself but by a 3rd party organisation it contracts and authorises the printing to.

Question, if you lost your certificate and desire a re-issuance would you go to the 3rd party to print it for you or would you go to the institution you graduated from to make the request? Even in Nigeria, most of the schools contract a 3rd party organisation to print their certificates for them.

I know you’ll say CSU is different but it’s not, even a 3rd MUST get authorisation and contracting to act on behalf another. Why are these Lawyers making us feel as though we’re dumb and lack common sense?
