Heavenly Father,
I come before You with a humble heart, asking for Your grace to stand firmly against every form of sin and temptation. Give me the strength to remain faithful to You, even when I face pressure from the difficulties of the economy, the struggles of life, and the temptations that come with them. Help me to obey Your Word and also respect and obey the laws of the land.
Lord, I pray for Your Church and its leadership. Fill Your people and our leaders with the Holy Spirit and give us the grace to overcome sin, remain faithful to You, and work together in advancing Your Kingdom on earth. May the Church be a light that brings hope, truth, love, and transformation to our society.
I pray for our political leaders. Remove every spirit of selfishness, greed, corruption, and injustice from their hearts. Give them wisdom, humility, integrity, and the genuine desire to serve the people. Help us as citizens to respect the law, and let justice, accountability, and the rule of law prevail in our communities and nation.
Father, I also commit our movie, music, and creative industries into Your hands. Give those working in these industries the right spirit and wisdom to use their gifts positively. May their work inspire, educate, unite, and transform society rather than promote violence, immorality, hatred, or division.
Lord, concerning Nigeria, we place our nation in Your hands. If there is anything standing in the way of righteousness, peace, justice, and progress, intervene according to Your perfect will. Let Your purpose prevail over our nation. Heal our land and give us leaders and citizens who will work together for the good of all.
Let there be love where there is hatred, peace where there is conflict, justice where there is oppression, unity where there is division, and prosperity where there is poverty.
Above all, help us to seek You, obey You, and live according to Your will.
May Your Kingdom come, and may Your will be done in Nigeria as it is in heaven.
