In the latest in my Leadership Mindtraps 🚧 series, I’m exploring GUILT—a mindtrap I’ve faced myself, both professionally and personally.

Guilt is powerful. It can be a sign that we care deeply, but it can also quietly take control, steering our decisions without us even realizing it. When guilt fuels our choices, we’re more likely to say yes when we mean no, overextend ourselves, or dwell on past decisions instead of moving forward.
