Looking for a Graphic Designer:

Storeage requires a middle-weight graphic designer to work in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
We are an international retail design agency that embraces diversity. We like to think of design as a sport. It’s a team effort with one mutual goal – to score results.
We are looking for someone with a passion for design who is highly motivated, organised and takes an active interest in retail. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills in order to collaborate across disciplines and have a proven ability working with graphic design in the built environment. They will be able to work quickly but with the attention to detail needed in the fast-paced world of retail design.

Requirements:
–Minimum four years relevant experience, preferably with knowledge and experience in environmental graphic design and retail graphic design
–Experience in POP development, Window design and retail Activations are a huge plus
–Bachelor or master degree in fine arts / graphic design or interactive design preferred
–High level of creativity in concepts and design and an ability to take finished designs through to production
–Proven ability to apply and perform design skills including: drawing/sketching; typography; idea generation; colour theory; use of texture; application of 2D design in 3D environments; visual presentation development; layout.
–Knowledge and sensitivity to trends influencing design in general, and in retail specifically
–Strong communication skills and ability to articulate creative ideas
–Ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines with previous experience working with 3D designers, interactive designers, architects and interior architects and designers
–Comprehensive knowledge of design processes and experience with web and mobile design
–Flexible attitude
–Fast but with attention to detail; ability to work to tight deadlines
–Excellent Adobe CS skills
–Fluent in English, Dutch a big plus
–Living in Amsterdam or willing to relocate
