Why I do the work I do
I believe the workplace should be a place of equality, inspiration, opportunities, diversity, learning, and collaboration, and at its core, people should be loving what they do while being themselves
The truth is that there are many workplaces that are nothing like this
Workplaces with a toxic environment lacking physiological safety
A workplace with a strong hierarchy where people fear speaking up and being honest
A workplace with poor leadership
40% of people leave because of poor leadership
Leaders are able to create change, lead by example, and embrace equality, diversity, and inclusion
But it is easy to say leaders do not perform well
Many leaders are not mentored, guided, or taught how to be the kind of leader they want to be and could be
Most leaders just go with it and do what they think is best
That's why I do what I do
I see leaders struggling, trying, getting tired, frustrated, failing, and getting back up
Doing the best they can
I support leaders to make it easier, smoother, and faster so they can be happier at what they do, feel inspired, create change and see the results they want
Together we want to change the workplace to make it a healthy, inspiring, motivational, and happy place for all people at work
