Richard Verschoor or raced at Paul Ricard in what is effectively a home race for his team, .
For the team, this weekend had an extra layer. Racing on familiar ground brought expectations, from within the team, from partners and from the people watching trackside.
With the heat, long stints and tyre management, this was a race where small details made the difference. Starting from P10, the team worked their way up to a strong P3 finish, built lap by lap.
That result did more than just secure a podium. It put the team in the lead of the championship heading into the next race.
Richard Verschoor approached it exactly how this kind of race demands: staying out of trouble, keeping the pace consistent and making the right decisions over time.
That consistency doesnโt happen by chance. It is built on preparation, on a car that responded predictably and on systems and people working together under pressure.
Itโs not always visible from the outside, but it is what kept everything under control. When that foundation is right, it creates peace of mind.
That same reliability is what matters in retail. Systems need to work without hesitation, especially when pressure builds.
It was strong to see Richard Verschoor and the team convert a P10 start into a podium finish and take the lead in the championship. Looking forward to supporting him in Imola this July.
