Graag nodigen wij u uit op het Seminar Contaminanten in Food en Feed op woensdag 21 november a.s.

Tijdens het seminar wordt ingegaan op de laatste trends in contaminanten aan de hand van een praktijkvoorbeeld gepresenteerd door Rob Kooijmans van FoodRecall.nl. Vervolgens zal Ruurd van Eck van JPR Advocaten inzicht geven in de handhavingsmaatregelen en bevoegdheden van de NVWA. Na de pauze geeft Pieter Vos van Nutrilab een uitgebreid overzicht van de analyse mogelijkheden die er zijn met betrekking tot de verschillende contaminanten, waarbij hij ook ingaat op belangrijke aspecten als monsternamen. Tot slot zal Glenn Reiners van MCS Diagnostics ingaan op de verschillende mogelijkheden tot het testen van ATP, microbiologie, hygiëne monitoring en hoe je je proces hierin kunt verbeteren.

De middag wordt afgesloten met een netwerkborrel zodat u nog na kunt praten met de presentatoren van de middag en natuurlijk kunt netwerken met de andere gasten.
