Feeling cold during the season change? This drink will warm you up and help your immune system.

You will need:

- 500g milk (dairy or dairy-free)
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 0.25 teaspoon ginger
- 0.25 teaspoon cardamom
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey

Optionally you can add black pepper or vanilla.

Add everything except for the sweetener to a pot and heat. Let it simmer for a few minutes. Then add the drink with the honey or maple syrup to your mug and enjoy!
