The NL Space Campus Summer School 2026 takes place 5–10 July 2026 and brings together students and young professionals from across Europe to experience the Dutch and European space ecosystem from the inside.

Join our online info session webinar on 14 January at 19:00 to learn more about the NL Space Campus Summer School, taking place 5–10 July 2026.

🌐 During the session “Get Ready for Summer School 2026”, we will explain the programme structure, who it is for, how the application process works, and what participants can expect from a week-long immersion in the Dutch and European space ecosystem. The webinar also offers insights into hands-on teamwork, collaboration with experts from industry, research, and academia, and practical tips to prepare a strong application. There will be time to ask questions directly to the organisers.

ℹ️ The NL Space Campus Summer School brings together students and young professionals from across Europe to explore space science, technology, and business. During one intensive week in July, participants visit leading organisations such as ESTEC, Space Research Organisation Netherlands, .innovation , , and universities like , , and Rotterdam, while working on real industry challenges and building their network in the Dutch space ecosystem.

🧑‍🚀 The Summer School is open to students who have completed at least one year of study and young professionals up to the age of 30. No prior space experience is needed. Space is for everyone, and we welcome participants from all backgrounds who are curious, motivated, and ready to explore the space sector together.

Today we are announcing OneSpaceHub, a brand new partnership to boost in the Dutch ecosystem! 🚀🇳🇱

brings together expertise coming from some of the best performing entrepreneurship programmes in the Netherlands. By connecting several local hotspots, entrepreneurs will have access to new collaborations and will be in a better position to grow, diversify, and reach new markets on a national and international scale. 📈

Supported by the Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland - RVO, the OneSpaceHub programme aims to expand and strengthen the national network to set out a trajectory geared towards excelling space related talent and entrepreneurship.

OneSpaceHub is a partnership between NL Space Campus, Space Business Innovation Centre Noordwijk, University of Twente, PLNT Students Leiden, Aerospace Innovation Hub TU Delft, Inholland University of Applied Sciences, Radboud University, and Leidse instrumentmakers School. 👀 Did you already spot all of our colours in the logo? 🌈

A total of 10 teams took part in the Actinspace at PLNT Leiden last month. During 24 hours, 66 participants went full out to develop innovative ideas using space technologies and spaceborne data. 💡

With a solution for autonomous collision avoidance in space, Ecosmic was awarded the first prize. 🥇 Given the overall high quality of the pitches it was not an easy call. Raoul Voeten, one of the jury members, explains: "I have been amazed with what you have achieved in just a few hours. We have seen a wide variety of approaches by the different teams but all with an incredible amount of ambition and spirit to make an impact and improve things on Earth."
