We are proud to have contributed to the realization of the new Fastned Shop at the Velder location.

From the initial planning phase through to completion, DRDS was responsible for the project coordination. Our focus was on bringing all parties together, overseeing the planning and ensuring the ex*****on ran smoothly.

Projects like this bring together many different disciplines, including construction works, installations, site development and coordination between multiple stakeholders. That is exactly where our strength lies: maintaining oversight, connecting people and ensuring challenges are addressed quickly and effectively.

Led by .roering and , we worked closely with Fastned and all involved partners to deliver a location that is ready for the future. A place where visitors can charge their vehicles comfortably and that contributes to the continued growth of sustainable mobility.

𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. 𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐧 🚧
For this project, DRDS took on both the project management and part of the contractor role. From the initial plans and budgets to the ex*****on and final relocation, we managed and coordinated the entire process.

Through weekly meetings, we kept all involved parties aligned to ensure the renovation and relocation were perfectly coordinated. The schedule was tight and the deadline fixed, which made quick decision-making and forward planning essential. Throughout the entire process, we fully supported and relieved the client of all concerns.

During the project, walls were demolished and rebuilt, glass partitions were installed, floors were renewed, charging stations were added and complete meeting spaces were created. In addition, the entire building was equipped with new signage, access control, sun blinds and a renovated cafeteria. At the same time, the relocation of the existing furniture had to run smoothly without impacting the schedule.

Our colleagues and Kamel Bounaga led the project and ensured that all involved parties stayed closely aligned throughout the process. 💪

𝐃𝐑𝐃𝐒 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐃𝐚𝐲! 🤝
Last Tuesday was not about projects, schedules and construction sites. Instead, it was all about development, teamwork and, most importantly, having fun together.

Together with , we explored the Circle of Influence and McClelland's Iceberg Model. Valuable insights, both on a personal level and as a team. Thank you for the inspiring training, Nanet!

Of course, a DRDS team day would not be complete without a little competition. During "The Jack of All Trades" challenge, our colleagues gave it their all. In the end, Ruben took home the win. Coincidence? We'll leave that open for discussion. 😉 Congratulations, !

After that, it was time for the Highland Games. With our Scottish team captains leading the way, there was plenty of competition, teamwork and laughter. This time, Team ._ claimed the victory. 🏆

We wrapped up the day with a great dinner at in Rijssen. It was also the perfect moment to celebrate a special milestone: 10 years of DRDS.

𝐊𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐎𝐧 𝐑𝐮𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠… 🏃‍♂️
The first ON Store in Sweden has officially opened. 🇸🇪

A great project led by and . Especially during the final phase, Daan spent a lot of time on site to ensure quick communication and keep the project running smoothly.

The project included everything from stripping out the previous tenant’s space to delivering the new store. A complex building, unique geometry and custom-made solutions required creative thinking throughout the process.
At DRDS, we coordinated all stakeholders involved, including Real Estate, design and visual merchandising, making sure everything came together as planned.
And the end result speaks for itself. 💪

Fun fact: the flooring design is inspired by the iconic geometry of Sergels Torg. Combined with warm materials, historic arches and ON’s signature polished steel finishes, the store perfectly reflects the brand’s identity.

𝗪𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠! 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 🤝🏻

At DRDS, we manage retail projects for international brands, from initial concept to final delivery. We take ownership of the process and make sure projects are truly realized.

We are looking for someone who keeps oversight when things get busy, who can switch between client and construction site, and who doesn’t wait but proactively takes action.
You will manage multiple projects at the same time, work closely with teams, and be the main point of contact for clients and partners. One day you’re working on planning, the next you’re on site making decisions.

𝐇𝐮𝐧𝐤𝐞𝐦ö𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐫 𝐌ü𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫: 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝
At DRDS, we work daily on retail projects where speed, collaboration, and attention to detail come together. The refurbishment and relocation of the Hunkemöller store in Münster is a great example of this.

For this store, we acted as the external project management team, responsible for the full process: from preparation and coordination through to on-site ex*****on. A relocation requires strict planning and clear direction, especially when a completely new store must be delivered within a short timeframe.

In just four weeks, the store was fully built at its new location, including the rollout of the new Hunkemöller concept. An intensive project involving many stakeholders, where every single day mattered.

At the same time, this project marks the beginning of something bigger: 28 additional refit projects are planned across Germany before the summer shutdown, where we are involved in the same project management role.

This project was delivered by , supported by and , who successfully completed his first project in Germany, a strong start in his role within our team.

Full speed ahead! For the On pop-up store on Regent Street, there was a clear challenge: the timeline had to be reduced from six to three weeks.

At DRDS, we took control of the process. We explored options, made decisions, and ensured everyone was aligned and moving in the same direction.
_ led the project. On-site every week, keeping communication short and direct and switching quickly when needed. Through smart solutions and close coordination with the project team, we successfully accelerated the entire process.

The result? What started as a pop-up feels like a fully-fledged store.

𝐓𝐰𝐨 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬, 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐞. 𝐀𝐇 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 🏗️
Sometimes, the real challenge isn’t in the construction itself, but in everything around it.� For AH Enter, we supported the entrepreneur in merging two buildings into one cohesive store, including the design of a new façade.

A project with its fair share of challenges, from fire safety requirements and fire resistance to navigating the permitting process. At DRDS, we took the lead and ensured everything was aligned and well-coordinated.

The façade was designed with a local village character, in line with the entrepreneur’s vision. Together, we translated this into a design that truly fits.
During ex*****on, the buildings were connected, fire safety measures were implemented, and the façade was realized in close collaboration with the contractor.

𝐃𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞 & 𝐊𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞 𝐌𝐢𝐝𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐛𝐮𝐫𝐠, 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐰𝐞𝐝 🌿
For the store in Middelburg, we at DRDS managed the complete renovation, from preparation to delivery. Direction, oversight, and coordination were all in our hands.

Our colleague led the project and ensured everything ran smoothly, from planning through to ex*****on.

𝗪𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐢𝐝 𝐰𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫?
The storage area was renovated and expanded, sanitary facilities and the pantry were replaced, and the characteristic wooden floor was sanded and restored to look as good as new. In addition, all electrical and mechanical installations were renewed, and the store was equipped with new signage, CCTV, and sun shading.

We worked closely with a strong construction team and supported the internal project manager of throughout the entire process.
