𝐊𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐎𝐧 𝐑𝐮𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠… 🏃‍♂️
The first ON Store in Sweden has officially opened. 🇸🇪

A great project led by and . Especially during the final phase, Daan spent a lot of time on site to ensure quick communication and keep the project running smoothly.

The project included everything from stripping out the previous tenant’s space to delivering the new store. A complex building, unique geometry and custom-made solutions required creative thinking throughout the process.
At DRDS, we coordinated all stakeholders involved, including Real Estate, design and visual merchandising, making sure everything came together as planned.
And the end result speaks for itself. 💪

Fun fact: the flooring design is inspired by the iconic geometry of Sergels Torg. Combined with warm materials, historic arches and ON’s signature polished steel finishes, the store perfectly reflects the brand’s identity.

At DRDS, we manage retail projects for international brands, from initial concept to final delivery. We take ownership of the process and make sure projects are truly realized.

We are looking for someone who keeps oversight when things get busy, who can switch between client and construction site, and who doesn’t wait but proactively takes action.
You will manage multiple projects at the same time, work closely with teams, and be the main point of contact for clients and partners. One day you’re working on planning, the next you’re on site making decisions.

In addition, you will help project managers grow and build relationships that go beyond a single project.

𝐇𝐮𝐧𝐤𝐞𝐦ö𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐫 𝐌ü𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫: 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝
At DRDS, we work daily on retail projects where speed, collaboration, and attention to detail come together. The refurbishment and relocation of the Hunkemöller store in Münster is a great example of this.

For this store, we acted as the external project management team, responsible for the full process: from preparation and coordination through to on-site ex*****on. A relocation requires strict planning and clear direction, especially when a completely new store must be delivered within a short timeframe.

In just four weeks, the store was fully built at its new location, including the rollout of the new Hunkemöller concept. An intensive project involving many stakeholders, where every single day mattered.

At the same time, this project marks the beginning of something bigger: 28 additional refit projects are planned across Germany before the summer shutdown, where we are involved in the same project management role.

This project was delivered by , supported by and , who successfully completed his first project in Germany, a strong start in his role within our team.

𝐎𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐭, 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐝 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 🏃‍♂️
Full speed ahead! For the On pop-up store on Regent Street, there was a clear challenge: the timeline had to be reduced from six to three weeks.

At DRDS, we took control of the process. We explored options, made decisions, and ensured everyone was aligned and moving in the same direction.
_ led the project. On-site every week, keeping communication short and direct and switching quickly when needed. Through smart solutions and close coordination with the project team, we successfully accelerated the entire process.

The result? What started as a pop-up feels like a fully-fledged store.

𝐓𝐰𝐨 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬, 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐞. 𝐀𝐇 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 🏗️
Sometimes, the real challenge isn’t in the construction itself, but in everything around it.� For AH Enter, we supported the entrepreneur in merging two buildings into one cohesive store, including the design of a new façade.

A project with its fair share of challenges, from fire safety requirements and fire resistance to navigating the permitting process. At DRDS, we took the lead and ensured everything was aligned and well-coordinated.

The façade was designed with a local village character, in line with the entrepreneur’s vision. Together, we translated this into a design that truly fits.
During ex*****on, the buildings were connected, fire safety measures were implemented, and the façade was realized in close collaboration with the contractor.

𝐃𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞 & 𝐊𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞 𝐌𝐢𝐝𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐛𝐮𝐫𝐠, 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐰𝐞𝐝 🌿
For the store in Middelburg, we at DRDS managed the complete renovation, from preparation to delivery. Direction, oversight, and coordination were all in our hands.

Our colleague led the project and ensured everything ran smoothly, from planning through to ex*****on.

𝗪𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐢𝐝 𝐰𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫?
The storage area was renovated and expanded, sanitary facilities and the pantry were replaced, and the characteristic wooden floor was sanded and restored to look as good as new. In addition, all electrical and mechanical installations were renewed, and the store was equipped with new signage, CCTV, and sun shading.

We worked closely with a strong construction team and supported the internal project manager of throughout the entire process.

We are proud to share that our colleague contributed to the Apple Museum in Utrecht, which officially opened its doors today.
Great to be part of such a unique project as DRDS.

In addition to this milestone, we would also like to congratulate Apple on its 50th anniversary. 🎉

A transformation driven by smart planning, close collaboration, and seamless ex*****on.

Together with the franchisee and architects, we defined the layout and new concept during an intensive preparation phase. From there, we translated vision into action, managing the full renovation from start to finish.

To keep the restaurant operational, the project was executed in two carefully planned phases. First, we prioritized reopening the kitchen and delivery area, ensuring guests could return quickly. Then, we moved on to a full lobby transformation.

The result? A modernized space aligned with the latest McDonald’s concept.�An optimized counter for better flow, new digital menu boards, upgraded restrooms, and a fresh, future-proof look and feel.

𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐬 𝐃𝐑𝐃𝐒?
Driving the entire process. Aligning stakeholders. Managing timelines. Coordinating all partners. And most importantly, enabling the franchisee to stay focused on their business.
