You guys need to watch at tiktok. She is a life coach and talks about happiness. And how it can make you healthier, more productive and more successful.
She shares that research shows that happiness is not a result of success. Itās the other way around: from happiness, success is more likely to happen.
Happiness is also not a magical situation that will happen, but a skill you can improve on.
And here is how:
1. Meditate.
It will rewire your brain for the better. Makes you more peaceful, mindful and happy. And it also makes you feel happier.
2. Visualize what you want.
The brain canāt tell the difference if you make an image very real in your mind as if itās already real. It will also create happy partikels in your brain.
3. Committing Conscious Acts of Kindness.
4. Changing your overall diet: food, drinks, information intake, the people you surround yourself with.... so the books you read, news you hear and watch, series, films, your socials... it all influences you on a daily basis. Itās your daily diet. Choose wisely!
5. Exercise.
Stimulate happiness hormones.
6. Spend money on experiences that will bring joy to your life and that of your loved ones, rather than spending it on materialistic things.
Materials will only bring short term joy. Experiences create memories that last you a lifetime.
7. Find qualities you are naturally good at and enjoy. Do more of it. Improve them.
She also has one great tiktok video on how change can feel sh*tty because youāve build a whole life with routines, habits and systems, relationships, etc. But since they are not working for you, you need to change all that. When you start doing things differently, because you want better for yourself... It will feel like things go wrong, you fail and break old things and you want to quit, go back to your safe bubble, your old life and play it safe.
But when things start to go wrong, you need to keep pushing forward.... Keep making that vision you created for yourself a reality. Because thats when the real changes happen. And your successes will come.
Your old life, your old habits, routines and mindset needs to change with you, in order for you to become successful.
So become happy and healthy 1st.
Change your mindset, the habits, systems, routines and evaluate everything else in your life: is it still serving you? Will it help you achieve your goals and vision? If not: get rid of it. Swap it for better ones.

Happiness is a skill you can improve on.
Keep going for what you want in life. Never loose sight of that. YOU WILL SUCCEED if you keep putting your mind and actions towards your Vision!
