Meet designer Srushti Shah! 🤩

✏️ For our Indian-born industrial designer-gone-service-designer, Srushti, design is not a profession. It’s a way of life. She is on a consistent pursuit of leveraging design to navigate the complexity of being human. "Design helps me live my life better. The older I get, the more I realised that the ways of thinking and working with design can be used for making better decisions in my own life," she explains.

What are the global factors shaping Norwegian businesses in the years to come? 🤔 That's the million dollar question that our team set out to answer in the EGGS Intelligence report.

🔎 For 6 months, we conducted in-depth conversations with business leaders from both public and private sector, across a variety of domains: health, social services, IoT, energy and infrastructures and financial services, among others.

What a day! 😍 On Tuesday EGGS had the enormous pleasure to attend the SHE Community Conference, represented by our digital inclusion expert Cathrine Einarsson. Norwegian TV host and writer Else Kåss Furuseth hosted an inspiring talkshow on the theme of technology as a force for inclusion.

Cathrine, Bjørn Erik Thon (Equality and Anti-Discrimination Delegate) and Silje Anine Moss (Acting Director for User Experience at Nav) participated in the panel discussion "Technology for all – how do we ensure equal access in a digital society?".

📲 In a country that is aiming to be the most digitalised country in the world, answering how we make sure digital solutions truly work for everyone is essential. In the debate, the panelists discussed the state of inclusion in Norway and explored barriers, opportunities, and responsibilities.

📊 Our client Asplan Viak AS, Norway’s leading consulting firm within engineering, architecture and sustainability, have together with scientists from Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) created a methodology for calculating climate impact of businesses, organisations and municipalities: Klimakost.

📊 Working closely together with the product development team in Asplan Viak, we transformed the method into a market-ready, scalable digital product.
We developed:

◆ A market-ready web application for Klimakost.
◆ User and market research.
◆ An updated business strategy based on a new market analysis, customer analysis and product strategy.
◆ Product landing page with value proposition, copy, content, illustrations, content and demo video.
◆ An updated visual identity aligned with that of Asplan Viak.
◆ System, processes and routines for agile development and product management.
