We sponsored the badges at reStart 2.0 and it was so much fun!

It was such a fun evening filled with amazing people all wearing our badges that we designed to make conversations flow quicker! Colour coordinated and labelled so you know who you are talking to and why.

We presented the badges, how they work and a little more about what we are building - people first events designed to make room for real connections!

Thank you for having us and a huge congratulations to the team who organised it!

In the eyes of

“I already knew Splash organised incredible events, I had seen that last April. But there is a difference between attending an event and truly being part of one. Because the hardest thing about unemployment is the feeling of being a constant spectator: a glass door separates you from the table you long to sit at, and you don’t have the key. Yet, for a few hours on the 28th of April, it felt as though that door had opened, as though that deep human need to feel useful had finally found its answer.

We usually volunteer for others. But sometimes, we do it for ourselves. To feel the quiet satisfaction of having done something well. Of having taken part.
It was an honour to sit at tables where ideas floated freely, deeply rewarding to be thanked for a spontaneous gesture, and a joy to meet new people and build new connections.

Thank you, Kim, for this opportunity. And a warm thank you to every volunteer who showed up and gave their time so generously. I hope it won’t be long before we find ourselves together again, contributing to something wonderful.”

Your energy lit up the room as you guided everyone through the day with sunshine and warmth. Thank you for taking the time to make people feel welcome, wanted and supported.

We are talking summer! The time of rest and recovery, sunshine, hotdogs and ice cream. Life is easy breezy, right?

We know its not the case for everyone. Four weeks of everyone else having down time can also look incredibly intimidating, lonely and a little bit scary. So we wanted to talk about it!

We had a wonderful line up to discuss what happens after you start a company or a team. There are huge cultural and organisational shifts as you grow and scale.

Eirin Knoph Larsen, Madeleine Holbye, Eric Stein-Beldring and Lalla Coulibaly shared the wins, lessons learnt and their own experiences with the room.
