Monitoring and Supervision System
CDCS Pvt. Executive Board especially Managing Director, Advisory board, Programme director, Board member, team leader, program coordinators and field staffs monitor the programs in a regular basis (Monthly / Quarterly / Half – Yearly ) as per the planning. A periodic program monitoring is done by joint team of CDCS, concerned client, Line agency, Donor Agencies, beneficiaries & targeted people’s representatives at different levels. Reporting
Reporting about the program in a regular and timely manner is done as per the program planning and need to the concerned authority, client and donor as stated in the agreement signed between the donor/partner/collaborator and CDCS Pvt. So far the progress report is concerned. CDCS prepares and submits (Inception, midterm, final Monthly/Quarterly/Half Yearly/Yearly) as per the planning and negotiation done with the clients. Narrative description of Project: This is a 15 years master plan for developing Dahachok Indradaha ( Indrasthan) a historical place of north west corner of Kathmandu valley. This is a place with various potentialities for tourism development with beautiful landscapes, cultural as well as historical heritages. Government of Nepal has passed the master plan for developing this area into a tourist destination which is supposed to support the local people in business promotion and employment opportunities. Hence, INSAF- Nepal and CDCS are working together according to the plan of Nepal Government. CDCS has signed a MOU with INSAF-Nepal the lead for this project for 5 years initially. This is a consortium of companies to promote agricultural activities into a prestigious business as it is considered as only consumption oriented activity by low income people. The purpose of this consortium is to establish the traditional “Farming” to “agribusiness” through high value crop production. Hence, this consortium has now initiated for the STEVIA production, the herbal sugar plant production, in Kathmandu valley. And expand it gradually to other parts of the country with other varieties of high value crops like Yakun ( ground apple) and Olive plantation.
