We are proud to mark the completion of this 6-storeyed commercial building (B+G+4) with approximately 20,000 sq. ft. of built-up area, located in the heart of Biratnagar- Bargachi

Designed as a flexible, multipurpose commercial property, the project is planned to accommodate a variety of rentable occupancies—making it adaptable for offices, retail, professional services, showrooms, and other commercial uses.

The design brings together contemporary aesthetics, functional planning, structural integrity, and commercial flexibility, creating a building designed not just for today, but for changing business needs over time.

A monumental milestone achieved by VIRAT DESIGN— the successful completion of a 2.0 meter thick Raft Foundation Casting with an impressive concrete volume of 3078 cubic meters, marking one of the most critical structural phases of the project.

Following the ex*****on of deep pile foundations, this raft acts as the structural backbone that integrates all 167 cast-in-situ piles into a unified load-distribution system. The casting of such a massive raft demanded meticulous planning, continuous monitoring, and flawless coordination across multiple teams working simultaneously.

This large-scale pour required detailed pre-pour planning including reinforcement inspection, raft zoning strategy and uninterrupted concrete supply logistics. The 2-meter thick raft involved dense reinforcement placement, multiple layers of steel, and strict cover control to ensure durability and long-term structural performance. Every stage — from shuttering alignment, reinforcement fixing, embedded services positioning, to final clearance — was closely supervised by the technical team of VIRAT DESIGN

With this milestone, VIRAT DESIGN once again demonstrates its commitment to precision engineering, quality control, and large-scale project ex*****on.
