5 reason where we lacking to deliver good customer service which has been directly and indirectly affecting our business.
👉 Reason 1:- Devaluing time, having free time at work we spend time using our phone watching, talking, playing or doing something and if not that we call our friends to chat and spend time with, not giving the proper attention to our client. Clients has to be valued which encourages their next visit.
👉 Reason 2: - welcoming feeling, are they feeling welcome when they come to us because we only visit places where they love to see us and treats us right
👉 Reason 3: - Product description, it is one of the important information client wants from us. They are investing their money so they have all right to know where they are putting their money into💰.
👉 Reason 4 : - Right products, we see many product which looks similar but try to get best for your customers. If you deceive your customer today it is more likely they will never come back.
👉 Reason 5: - Right price, sometimes it's better to gain negotiation skills to get product at more cost effective price, so that we can get leverage of positioning ourself for price differentiation. It is one of they best way to sale in volume and have better sales.
