Came back from Biratnagar Visit. Today 13 chaitra 2068, Persidient of 5 unions in the lead of TEAN discussed in the issues of newly joined (share less) staffs to assist them. Same team jointly pressurized the chairman of board to amendment Biniyamawali as soon as possible. He responded positively. Let us see the result.

MOIC Gupta is going to quit Frequency Expert from Frequency Committee of MOI. MOI is going to take very important decisions regarding frequency issues. Further He is asking Spastikaran about 10 Million GSM project of Nepal Telecom. So project is getting delay. In last day of previous tenure of Information Ministry He had signed to allow International Gateway to UTL. He is facing Case in Supreme Court in policy level corruption . It is short Introduction of our Bhagya Bidata.

Today high level delegates of all unions including TEAN have met chair person and other members of Sarbajanik Lekha Samiti and put the present scenario regarding unfair Renewal charge of 20 arab, requirement of management reform, intolerable interference of Akhtiyar etc. Chairperson pf Samitee responded positively and he will arrange meeting regarding this issues.

Telecom Sansthanbata Companyma iada, Share issue garda, dividend badda no provision for 20 arab renewal charge, Attorney general has already approved, government eagerly received 91.5% of total dividend, received income tax. Again and again orders to deposit renewal charge. We first ask government how much amount you received because of non provisioning for renewal liability? First publish white paper. Krantikari Akhtiyar is Stopping all project without reason, Punish person if any mistake, Do not punish project. Do not serve private competitor, people are evaluating you.

Most of portfolio members are busy in UNI activities from 18 december to21, 1st 2 days Social dialogue on telecom sector winning together, next two days UNI South Asian Telecom Council SATUC meeting. We TEAN,NTCWU,N-CELL Union, NTA Union jointly formed UNITEL Dialogue Forum to pressurize about fair deal of Spectrum, Renewal Charge, License fee where nation, Telecom industry, Company and all workers can win together.

Women , Youth and Extra Activity Department of TEAN conducted national workshop in Organizing women and youth on mansir 26 and 27 on Kathmandu. 30 plus participants are present through out the country in the workshop. Jaycee Mahesh Dahal, Comrade Bijaya, Rajendra and Deepa are facilating the session.

Today 5 unions including TEAN jointly met Board of Directorate in Board Hall. We can take serious move if government rewards International Gateway to private sector with out ground and compel to reduce interconnection charge of International incoming call. NTC itself can manage its international business. We cannot offer our network to Sanchar Mafiya.
