- At least 3 years of experience in storyboard implementation.
- Ability to meet deadlines, give extra hours offer rapid turnaround time.
- Ability to listen to instructions, accept changes and turn around changes suggested by a group of experts.

Police and youth relationships -- negative, positive, inspirational -- are explored in a book "I Learn to Trust" ("Samjhana ra Umanga" in Nepali) for Search for Common Ground by the Spiny Babbler Knowledge Center. 57 stories were written by Pallav Ranjan exploring on-field 1200 young people tales in three districts of the Terai.
