Negotiable based on experience & expertise

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead overall factory finance & financial operations
• Manage budgeting, forecasting & financial planning
• Control production costs & operating expenses
• Analyze product costing, profitability & cost efficiency
• Manage cash flow & working capital
• Review purchase invoices, supplier bills & payments
• Ensure accurate inventory valuation & stock reconciliation
• Supervise store operations & physical stock verification
• Prepare MIS, cost, inventory & budget variance reports
• Ensure strong internal controls, compliance & audit support

• Lead and supervise the Factory Finance & Administration Team

🎓 QUALIFICATION

• 5–6+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting
• Minimum 3 years in managerial / factory finance leadership

REQUIREMENTS
