ALDM has earned a fabulous working experience by being one of the associate partners of the 4th World Appreciative Inquiry Conference held at Soaltee Hotel, Kathmandu, dated 16-19 November 2009. It has also participated and presented a paper in the 5th World AI Conference held at Ghent, Belgium during 25-28 April 2012.

Organized by World Health Organization (WHO), National Immunization Program (NIP), Child Health Division, Kathmandu, Nepal, 27-29 September 2016 at Hotel Shankar

Appreciative Inquiry, Training and Development expert currently Appreciative Inquiry Consultant of WHO/NIP as well as Managing Director of Appreciative Learning and Development Management-ALDM Nepal), Dr. Chandi P. Chapagain has effectively facilitated a three days long “Appreciative Inquiry (AI) - Training of Trainers (ToT)” dated 27-29 September 2016 at Hotel Shankar on behalf of World Health Organization (WHO), National Immunization Program (NIP) / Child Health Division, Kathmandu, Nepal’s staff and associated Health Officers/Professionals. This training will be a mile stone to expand positivity and lead the employees towards motivation, happiness and successes to lead the large scale program like “Immunization for all”. This logic is corollary to the doctrine “Large-scale change like ‘Immunization for all’ requires large amounts of positive attitude, behavior and social bonding through positive questions and inquiry that amplify the positive core in a greater scale for program expansion”. Dr. Rajebdra Panta – Director of Child Health Division, Dr. Mukunda Gautam – EPI Chief , Dr. JN Giri of WHO and Mr. Basanta Shrestha were seen in the program.

Appreciative Inquiry, Training and Development expert Dr. Chandi P. Chapagain, Managing Director of Appreciative Learning and Development Management-ALDM Nepal has designed and facilitated a four days training on “Appreciative Leadership and Organization Development (ALOD)” at Indreni Complex, New Baneshwor, Kathmandu during 26-29 July 2016. The training was mainly participated by INGOs and academic professionals. Dr. Chintamani Yogi and Ms. Dyuti Baral had facilitated each distinctive session during the training. This ALOD training ended with transformative power as remarked and reflected by the trainees and the trainer.
