With an intention to explore the rich archi

tectural heritage of Nepal, to learn from its diverse culture and to discover new languages to reflect in the contemporary design fabric; the Rich Architectures Company was founded in 2011 by two young architects; Padma Sundar Maharjan and Sabina Tandukar (both architectural graduates from Institute of Engineering, Tribhuvan University). RAC in its initial stage works in close communication with the clients, understanding their unique needs and desires. Local Context and global sustainability set the framework for all design works. Apart from architectural projects, RAC also publishes an architectural construction magazine ‘business Architecture®’ which is published 10 times a year and aims to become one of the most sought after publications for all design professionals.
