The session covered:
βΆοΈ Neuroplasticity β The science behind meditation, covering various research showing the multiple benefits impacting both personal and professional lives.
βΆοΈ Time scheduling with mindfulness in relation to time management for personal and professional lives, exposing the participants to the current patterns that are not resourceful and encouraging/empowering them to develop resourceful patterns conducive to time management in personal and professional space. βTime management is stress management indeed.β
βΆοΈ Three integrative reflective and contemplative practices to understand and develop skills on stress and time management:
π Mindfulness (Smriti Samprajanya) β Calm abiding meditation, developing undivided focus.
π VipashyanΔ β Introspective Insight meditation, seeing through the mindβs eye & understanding the reality as is, developing the resourceful mindset.
π Maitri-KarunΔ β Loving-kindness & Compassion meditation, the founding blocks for emotional intelligence, most essential for any individual.
βΆοΈ Managing Burnout & Stress β looking into attributes and latest research findings on
occupational stress and burnout with relevant exercises to facilitate the participants to assess, understand and manage their current status of stress and burnout levels along with periodical measure that can be carried out for self and others in the team professionally and in the family personally.
