We are helping fundraise for a church trip to Tonga in July.

There's a new kid in town! Finally we have a nut free nougat on offer.

As you know, traditionally, nougat is made with nuts, and now if you can't have nuts, you can still indulge and try some nougat.

Indeed, we have developed a nougat combination that will delight your taste buds.

A soft nougat full of New Zealand honey, with gingernut biscuit for the crunch complemented with juicy cranberry bringing this nougat to an all new level of yumminess.

🌿 Counting Down to Our Final Market 🌿

As we get closer to our final market day, we can’t help but take a moment to look back at where it all began — so here’s a little throwback… The Taste Tester.

This was one of Mum’s early attempts at creating her favorite flavor — Rum and Raisin — a sweet reminder of why we started this journey in the first place. It’s also part of the reason we’ve decided to step back from making to sell, choosing instead to savor the joy and creativity that brought us here.
