Having worked across both Tangata Tiriti and kaupapa Māori organisations throughout Aotearoa, Amy brings valuable insights into how recruitment practices can better recognise and engage Māori talent.
⭐️Gina Rangi (Te Arawa – Ngāti Tūwharetoa, Ngāti Whakaue, Ngāti Tahu-Whaoa, Raukawa and Maniapoto) is Chair of Tūaropaki Trust, the largest Māori land trust in Aotearoa. With a background in law, Tiriti negotiations and executive leadership across iwi and government, Gina brings a powerful perspective on cultural integrity, tikanga and the Māori experience within organisational systems.
