Are you looking for a part-time local opportunity?

My client is looking for a new reception team member who delivers the service it takes for a 5-star review.

What you will be doing:

- Covering the main office
- Giving a high-quality standard of customer service
- Checking in and out guests
- Checking and replying to emails in a timely manner
- Answering reception phone calls
- Assisting customers with any needs during their stay
- Daily laundry & housekeeping if required


What you will bring to the team:

- Quality Customer Service and/ Reception experience
- Excellent, clear verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, motivated team player personality
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Professional personal presentation

Key Requirements:

- Applicants for this position must be approved to work in NZ, NO sponsorship is offered for this position.
- Available for rostered shifts 7 days a week between 7am and 7pm
- Flexibility to work weekends and across the 3 business sites
- Drivers Licence
- Confident and quick learner of computer systems
