It’s been a fast-paced journey so far for BlueWind Technologies, from start-up in 2019 to award-winning composites manufacturer in 2025. MVP is proud to be a partner as they continue to make strides toward a more efficient and sustainable production model.

In late 2024, MVP started helping this Florida-based supplier transition to silicone flex molding, with the goal of boosting productivity and reducing material waste. With 9 new flex molds for 2025, BlueWind will eliminate 77 lbs. of waste for every wind turbine nacelle cover they make!

MVP’s Closed Mold School is back in session July 30–August 1 at our Knoxville area Manufacturing Center. This 2-1/2 day training event covers multiple methods and aspects of the closed mold process and focuses on helping manufacturers improve production efficiency.

The training is led by industry expert Charles TUR and provides plenty of hands-on learning opportunities in our new training and demo space.
