This is an important step for continuity, confidence and the future pathway of New Zealand medicinal cannabis.

Following Ora Pharm’s acquisition of Helius Therapeutics, manufacturing, packaging and nationwide distribution resumed immediately, ensuring Helius products remain approved, available and in supply for patients, prescribers and pharmacies across New Zealand.

With the Helius facility and NZ Grow Co. connected, New Zealand now has a stronger local pathway from cultivation through to pharmaceutical manufacturing and future export growth.

The event demonstrates how local cultivation can connect with extraction, pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality capability through a more coordinated New Zealand pathway.

Helius' specialist infrastructure and expertise now form an important part of that model.

Good news... Helius orders are starting to move again!

This week, our team has been busy packing, responding to customer enquiries and working to get orders back out to pharmacies and clinics.

We know the past few months have been unsettling, and we’re grateful for the patience and support shown by patients, prescribers, pharmacists and clinic teams.

There is still plenty happening behind the scenes, but it’s positive to see orders going out the door again 🙌
