Accurate Plasterboards is looking for trainees and experienced fixers. We offer on the job training to a flourishing career as a tradie in Gib Fixing.

What we offer:

* On the job training.

* Work on sites of the renowned names in construction industry.

* Steady progression in terms of earnings and career.

* Apprenticeship opportunity in recognised qualification (BCITO) for serious and diligent employees



What we expect:

* Preferably experience in Plasterboard fixing but not essential.

* Physically fit and able to do heavy lifting

* Able to work approx 40 hours per week including some weekends.

* A team player and able to work unsupervised

You will need:

* Full time work rights in NZ

* Own transport and NZ car licence to travel to sites

Immediate start

The successful applicant is required to own PPE gears. All other work gears will be provided.

The hourly rate will be $20 within the probationary period and will be accessed depending on performance.

Negotiable for experienced applicants.

Gib fixers - Auckland

Our business is growing and we are looking for 2 full time Gib fixers

Job requirements:
- must have own vehicle (work is all over auckland)
- reliable and trustworthy
- fit and able to carry out heavy lifting
- must have ability to work in a team and under pressure to meet deadlines
- have valid work permit

- Public transport does not work for this position as houses aren't always near bus stops.
- Experience is an advantage but training will be provided to the right person

We are hiring!

Looking for 2 more team members who is hardworking, honest, motivated and reliable for a Gib / Plasterboard fixing position.

Required to work Auckland wide.

The Following Is Essential:
* Experienced at Plasterboard fixing in residential houses
* Have own transport and NZ car licence
* Physically fit and able to do heavy lifting
* Able to work approx 40 hours per week including some weekend work
* Able to lead the team if needed
* Able to work both in a team and unsupervised

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:
* Accurate measuring
* Cutting Plasterboard
* Putting up Plasterboard
* Responsible use of screw guns and equipment
* Safety awareness

An experienced Plasterboard Fixer with a minimum of 2 years in the trade is preferred.
We are also looking for a trainee.

Immediate start is preferred but we will assess all applicants.

The successful applicant is required to have their own safety boots and tool belt (All other equipment is provided).

The hourly rate will depend on experience and capability.

Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
