We make the technical difficult simple and safe. We are a New Zealand base company specializing in producing machines for manufacture of sectional helices or flights used in the production of augers, screw conveyors, agitators, marine anchors, screw piles, screw presses, turbines and many other screw flighted products. Just a glance to our machine high speed production capabilities, with our HF1 Utra Adjustable Machine series to produce a 1350mm diameter helix with 800mm pitch on 30mm plate we would expect to take no longer than 3 minutes to form. Our new Model HF1 MDHD machine are capable of forming wear plate (Bisalloy, Hardox 450 etc) up to 25mm in thickness. We have a great depth of knowledge in all aspects of the business from overall business strategy to enhance long term market development and profitability in sectional flight development, world best practices in engineering and installation equipment.

These heavy-duty augers are just one example of the large diameter, high-strength applications being produced on our HF1 IDHDL machines around the world.

Meanwhile, here on the factory floor in New Zealand, another HF1 IDHDL machine is going through its final quality assurance testing before heading out the door to its new home.

Hungary's first screw conveyor manufactured from Hardox® HiAce. Congratulations to Armour & Forge Kft on this impressive project, demonstrating the potential of advanced wear-resistant steels in demanding material handling applications.
Designed for highly corrosive and abrasive environments, Hardox® HiAce offers significantly improved service life where moisture, acidic materials, and constant wear quickly degrade conventional components.

The project also highlights the importance of manufacturing capability. The ability to accurately cold form heavy-duty, abrasion-resistant flight segments is critical to unlocking the benefits of these advanced materials.

Thousands of helices are manufactured every day around the world using Helix Flight technology, and it's always rewarding to see finished screws heading out the door.

These screws, produced for the rubbish waste processing industry by JP Marshall Engineering in Hamilton, New Zealand, were manufactured on a Helix Flight HF1 Medium Diameter All-Hydraulic Ultra Adjustable Machine.

Allstate Screw Piling Pty Ltd is now leading and driving the Australian screw pile industry professionalism with true form helices which are the only answer to helix to shaft weld integrity, install performance and accuracy with install quality assurance and load capacity per pile.

We are confident professional engineers across Australia will be looking for this level of quality on their projects to mitigate their own and their clients’ risks going forward while also improving performance in effectiveness and efficiency of screw piling solutions.

Allstate Screw Piling has one of our latest Absolute SP machines bespoke for helical pile and screw pile manufacture recently commissioned in their facility across the ditch in Australia.

The team have shared some production shots, and it’s great to see the fit-up coming through exactly as intended that satisfying click-on fit, with clean alignment. Lead and trail edges sitting at 90° to the shaft and parallel to each other, making welding straightforward and consistent.

It’s always great to see machines go straight into production and delivering precise, repeatable screw pile components for our clients.

And clearly, once the day’s production is done, there’s still time for the important stuff… that fish is an absolute weapon 🎣

Great to see our world leading Helix Flight technology in everyday production at one of our valued customers’ factory in Japan. These stacks of true‑form helices reflect what matters on the shop floor: repeatable accuracy, precise pitch control, and consistent geometry from helix to helix. When simplified true‑form flighting becomes part of daily production, quality, efficiency, and confidence in downstream assembly all follow. Helix Flight provides the first step in what is one of the world’s true leaders in screw pile/helical pile automated welding production facilities.
