Olympus Dining is bringing their culinary vision to the 2025 Melbourne Cup Carnival as G.H. Mumm’s official gastronomy partner. Setting Sail in the marquee’s Private Yacht dining experience, newly-hatted Olympus unveils a Mediterranean-inspired menu expertly paired to G.H. Mumm’s prestigious RSRV range.

This year, guests will indulge in two bespoke dishes that showcase the distinctive flair of restaurateur and founder, Jonathan Barthelmess and head chef, Ozge Kalvo. It’s a voyage of culinary expertise.
