Simple, this business culture speaks for itself. They don't have numbers in their business, instead they have people that are genuinely encouraged to improve and be the best they can be in their chosen career and goals. They're not a big slow corporate where nothing ever gets done. They are a fast-paced start-up with a relaxed culture. They don't tell you to wear a suit, in fact you can wear whatever you want (just please wear something). They offer a transport or parking subsidy, paid training and professional development to improve your career and as long as the job's done, they don't mind if you need to work from home occasionally.
