Only links approved by Sanitarium® will be allowed to be shared. If a user repeatedly violates this policy, that user may be blocked from posting in the future. Information users share with the community on or through the Facebook platform, including, but not limited to; comments, wall posts, by "Liking" this page, or by "Liking" any social object maintained by Sanitarium®, may be re-posted on or through the Facebook platform by the Sanitarium® Facebook team in accordance with Facebook's Terms of Use. WEET-BIX® FACEBOOK COMPETITIONS
Sanitarium® reserves the right to verify the validity of the entries at any time, and reserves the right to disqualify any individual (and ALL submissions submitted by that individual) for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these terms and conditions, using multiple Facebook accounts or providing false details. Failure of Sanitarium® to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Unless otherwise stated in the specific terms and conditions of the relevant competition, all Weet-Bix® competitions conducted via Facebook are open to New Zealand residents aged 13 and over and Sanitarium® employees (including their immediate families), its agencies and companies directly associated with such competition will be ineligible to enter. From time to time prizes may be given away in "Comment to Win" posts where entrants must comment in the posts where indicated to have a chance at winning. Unless indicated otherwise, a random draw will be conducted two days following each "Comment to Win" and the winner(s) announced accordingly. The winners will be notified of their prize via a tag on the post in which they have commented on. In this tag Sanitarium® will ask the winners to private message in order to confirm prize details. If no response is received within 48 hours then new winners will be drawn on these same terms and conditions. Sanitarium® is not responsible for the transmission or receipt of any incorrect information associated with entries, either caused by user error or any equipment or programming malfunction. Sanitarium®'s decision is final in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into. Sanitarium® reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend any competition at any time. Entrants agree to participate in any publicity and/or news media activities in connection with any competition. Sanitarium® reserves the right to use any entrant's name, voice, image and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes in any media in perpetuity without additional compensation, unless otherwise advised by the entrant. All comments, posts and competition entries become the property of Sanitarium®. Where personal information is collected and stored by Sanitarium® it will be done so in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993. You have the right to access your personal information and request correction of any errors in it pursuant to the Privacy Act 1993. By entering a competition, each entrant is taken to consent to Sanitarium® using the entrant's personal information to administer the competition (where applicable) and disclosing the entrant's personal information to organisations that assist Sanitarium® with administering the competition. Entry to a competition conducted via Facebook is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
