I had a chat with one of my clients about why some their F45 members questioned the value of their membership.
I said its most likely they're not seeing momentum.
If people don’t feel progress, they question the value.
And if they question the value long enough, they will leave.
I explained to him that he needs to start caring about each member.
They're there cause they want you to help them change their life!
So now, he’s going to reach out to all of them, talk goals, set new ones, and check in regularly.
We’re adding a goals wall in the studio, so every class, their coaches will get their members to look at their goal to remind them why they're showing up today.
That goal is the "value", and that’s how you boost retention and energy.
By actually giving a f about your clients and getting them results :)
You want to be that studio where you monitor progress and keep people accountable.
If you help them get results, they’ll become your biggest fans.
They’ll rave about you to their friends and become your walking billboard.
