When I decided to focus on my health this year, I knew it wasn't going to be easy. It was a comeback, and there were many mornings when staying in bed felt easier than getting up to work out.
But I held onto my WHY:

I knew the benefits would go far beyond the physical. Better health helps you think clearer, show up stronger, and become the best version of yourself.
The truth is, you'll never regret the workout you almost skipped. Be stronger than your excuses, remember why you started, and keep showing up.
