The Metal Company was engaged to supply our range to a mechanical install, that was plumbing up a range of services to alot of stainless tanks that had been relocated to a new facility. ⭐️
We supplied Stainless Tube, Fittings, Valves, and Box Section for this tank farm upgrade. The project included glycol supply and return lines, hot and cold water services, nitrogen lines, service points, and valve assemblies. Stainless 75 x 75 box section frames were installed to support the pipework and create a tidy, practical layout around the tanks. Tank skirts were also added and engineered for seismic restraint.
The finished installation provides the customer with a clean, robust, and serviceable stainless system for ongoing production use.
Note the TMC valves that were welded and assembled prior to instillation.
