Hi Everyone,

After 4 years in business we have decided to call it a day. A couple of hours per week turned into a full time job over the years so thank you to all the customers and friends we made along the way. We have too much on the go to keep up with the firewood and other opportunities have come along.

Bit of an evening tidy up at the yard tonight. We have been inundated with orders so it is starting to show the effects of our busiest season yet.

Never a dull moment with wayward wood breaking rare hydraulic parts and trucks breaking down. Thank you to Renwick Automotive and Rossco Hydraulics who keep us rolling, even when faced with major challenges. Local small businesses like them are a pleasure to work with.

That being said, we are now booked out for 4 weeks in advance. However, if you still require firewood, get your orders in as our stock will still be dry enough for the winter. We won't have a chance to stockpile dry wood for mid-winter so it will pay to join the queue in the next month or so.

Hi everyone,

Well we had a slight mishap on farm and ended up with a litter of 5 pups. 3 bi***es and 2 dogs, their parents are pictured. One is a huntaway the other an eye dog, both very good natured and friendly.

We are wanting to rehome them in early Jan at 8 weeks of age. They will be vet checked and vaccinated. They would make a great handy dog for a lifestyle block or vineyard.

The price is $200 and we will be selective who we sell them to.

With a few hundred hours now on the clock we really have this thing running at full noise. We invested heavily in a more powerful ram and engine, multiple splitting heads and a debris separator. Orders are fast and safe to fill with the high quality maintained. And the best part, no more dawn starts or midnight finishes, happy days

Why purchase your firewood from Flaming Firewood Blenheim and not old mate down the road? We now have MBIE certfication for correct truck and trailer volumes: 3 and 6 cubic meters. This ensures you are receiving the full amount that you pay for.

Also providing a quality product with happy customers since 2018.

We have about 30 loads of dry pine left, get in quick if you need to stock up or it may be a long winter.

Hi All,

These colder mornings have seen a steady increase in orders and there is now a 2-3 week wait for delivery. That being said, orders need to be in before the end of March to receive the discounted summer rates.

Also, if anyone is after clean sawdust or bark/kindling check out these new items in our online store. Both available for $33 / cubic meter.

Merry Christmas everyone and thank you for another enjoyable year.

We have a heap of orders to fill at the moment, and a few questions about having wood delivered through the holidays when family are home to help with the stacking job.

This being the case, we will be working through the break so please let us know if you require a delivery in the next couple of weeks.

Three years of hard yakka has paid off with the recent arrival of our new firewood processor.

We have invested in extra components to maintain wood quality but output is about 4 times faster than chipping away with the chainsaw and splitter. The idea is that this is safer and more efficient leading to faster and more reliable service for our customers.

Very satisfying to see the progression from early starts, late finishes and working in a muddy paddock to where we are today.

With the new season in full swing orders have been stacking up thick and fast, and Azalia is a new customer of ours. She simply went to our website and placed an order which we delivered a few days later. She left us this kind message which I hope encourages others to give us a go.
