Over the last 9 years while contracting for over 8 different security companies identifying the differences in how each company operates in their specialized sectors: Event Security, Static Security, Bar Security, Personal Security. As a result this experience helped to identify specific areas currently lacking in the security industry narrowing it down to the following: the organizations structure, the communication between the management team and the management at a specific venue, and finally industry specific training. We want to solve these issues by establishing an acceptable structure to help each employee grow and progress their career by completing specific trainings to help make it safer for each employee to continue to work in their chosen roles.
