Emergency Acommodation – Solutions

Some people end up in emergency accommodation due to no fault of their own, and the motels in New Zealand have been playing a big part as providers.
Here at Motel Solutions we have been helping moteliers set the standard for emergency accommodation, with full training and wellness programs underpinning what we do.
We advocate for you between social service providers, moteliers and guests. This centers around a code of ethics being agreed upon at the time of booking.
We have also strengthened our 24 hour helpline to deal with helping moteliers and guest support, should the need arise.
This, along with changes made to our privacy policy, ensures confidential information is held in a secure way.
