I want to know. What does flexibility actually mean to you right now?

For some of us it's being able to do school pickup without asking permission. For others it's not being tied to one job, one visa, one place.

For me, some weeks it's as small as ten quiet minutes before the school run, instead of rushing straight into the day.

Flexibility looks different for every single one of us, and I don't think enough people stop to ask what it actually means to you.

What does it actually cost me, and what does saying no cost me. Am I being rushed or given real time to think. Can I walk away without guilt.
