We have registered electricians and IQPs for fire alarms, sprinklers, emergency lighting and building compliance. We can also do cylinder and fire extinguisher testing. We are also the only business in Southland that can pressure test your LPG bottle, fire extinguisher, and stretch test dive bottles on site. In store we have also have a range of goods.

💥 Out with the old and in with the new! 💥

As some of you were aware, our good ol' Southern weather took some of our sign 😂 So it gave us an opportunity to get a fresh new look showcasing what we are all about!
Big thanks to our neighbour's at Vital Signs - Southland Ltd and Henderson Construction for their hard mahi pulling it together for us!

🔥🔥Fire Blankets🔥🔥

The humble fire blanket could quite possibly the be the most underrated tool in your home.
Woven with fire resistant materials, these blankets work by smothering fire and cutting of the oxygen supply. Fire blankets can withstand up to 500°

How to use:
🔥If possible, turn off the heat source eg. The gas on your stove
🔥Open the blanket out entirely so it is large enough to cover the flame and that no amount of oxygen can reach the fire.
🔥Wrap the edges around your hands to shield your skin!
🔥Lay the blanket down gently, try not to throw it over which will run the risk of spreading the flames!

Clothes caught fire? Wrap in the blanket to smother the fire! Stop, Drop and Roll! Ensure you have a large blanket for this.
