Sometimes a shower just needs a little TLC… and sometimes it needs a deep refresh!
The hard-water deposits on this shower glass were quite light—but still noticeable enough to really bother the owner.
We also found plenty of those smaller details that can make a shower feel tired and difficult to keep clean, so we gave the shower a proper birthday:
Restored the shower glass - Completed an industrial-grade deep clean of the tiles and grout - Removed mould from around the glass shelving and those awkward little corners & of course restored and nano coated the chrome fittings & glass.

We also left the owner with a complimentary cleaning cloth and detail brush, so she has the right tools to help keep the glass, grout and tricky corners looking clean.

It isn’t always about a dramatic glass transformation. Sometimes it’s about taking care of all those annoying little areas and leaving the entire shower feeling thoroughly clean, refreshed and much nicer to use.

A free shower towel with every shower restoration

Once your shower glass has been professionally restored, keeping it dry after use is one of the best ways to preserve the protective coating and prevent hard-water minerals and soap residue from building up again.

That’s why I leave every customer a complimentary shower towel after their restoration—to make maintaining that beautifully clear finish quick and easy.

A towel works well on all shower glass, but it’s particularly useful for curved showers, where a standard squeegee can’t sit flat against the glass.

A small finishing touch that helps protect the results of your restoration for longer.

Would you believe this shower isn't even a year old?

I'm working on this shower here in Kaiapoi today, and despite being relatively new, it had already developed a substantial build-up of hard-water minerals on the glass.

We've removed that build-up before it has the opportunity to become more difficult — or potentially leave permanent marking — and then applied a protective coating to the glass.

The coating helps reduce the ability of minerals, soap residue and grime to bond to the surface, making the shower much easier to maintain.

With a new shower, prevention really is better than restoration.

If you've recently had a shower installed, getting the glass protected early can help keep it looking new rather than waiting until the hard-water staining becomes a problem.

Another transformation completed in Riccarrton!

Our customer had recently moved into a beautiful new home - the only problem was cloudy stained windows spoiling the garden view!
